Experience Matters

Mike Hogan has worked in service-based industries since 1998. That experience shaped how Hogan’s Pro Services operates today.

Service has always been the common thread:

  • waiting tables through college

  • advocating for customers in animal healthcare for over a decade

  • managing and maintaining single-family rental properties

  • owning and operating a small boutique inn

  • maintaining residential and commercial properties with attention to detail and long-term care in mind

Those experiences taught an important lesson: people remember how they are treated long after the job is complete.

That mindset carries into every project we take on.

Our Vision

We believe professionalism should be part of every service call.

That means:

We do not rush through jobs to maximize volume. We focus on doing the work correctly and building long-term relationships through consistency and reliability.

Hogan’s Pro Services is fully insured with liability and workers compensation coverage for the protection of both customers and workers.

Frequently Asked Questions

Why is regular gutter cleaning important in North Texas?

North Texas storms and tree debris can quickly clog gutters, causing overflow that may damage foundations, siding, fascia boards, and landscaping.

Are you insured?

Yes. Hogan’s Pro Services carries both liability insurance and workers compensation coverage.

Do you provide residential and commercial services?

Yes. We work with homeowners, commercial properties, property managers, and multi-property clients throughout Collin County and surrounding North Texas communities.

Does pressure washing damage surfaces?

Improper pressure washing can damage surfaces. Different materials require different cleaning methods, pressure levels, and detergents to avoid unnecessary wear or damage.
